ETRO LOUNGE is the premier 80's music club in the city of Houston. When artists from bands of that era are in town to play a show and decide to party at Etro on their down time, you have to think we're doing something right. We've had artists from The Smiths, Information Society, Men without Hats, Anything Box, The Happy Mondays, Psychedelic Furs, and Erasure visit us. And this doesn't even complete the list.

We see our patrons as more than just customers, we see them as fans. We have regulars that drive close to an hour to come into town to be here. So, making sure our fans have a great time is something we at Etro take very seriously.

Etro is unique place with something to offer all your senses. Our DJs and Video Jockeys are more than just hired help. They are true fans of the music they play and music videos they show. They are the heart of Etro. Our brand of 80's music walks a fine line between pop and some underground. Add a few trax of current Synth-Pop or Electro artists thrown into the mix we create an environment that is not just a party, it's a celebration.

More than just the decade of our youth, the great thing about the 80's (art, style, music, film, fashion) is that it's timeless. If you're 24, 34, or 44 you won't feel out of place here. I guarantee it.

Despite the Lounge moniker on our name, ETRO is more a club with minor and clever lounge sensibilities. We're a small building with LOTS of space. ETRO has 2 floors, 3 bars, 2 big screen projectors, 3 flat screens, and a covered patio. A dress code is respectably enforced on weekends. Remember, we love people with unique fashion sense, but all we ask is to keep it in mind. ETRO is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. and is located at 1424 Westheimer Rd. suite A. on the corner of Westheimer Rd. and Windsor St.
